1. No Refund Policy

• Donations made to Sankalp Pratishthan are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refund may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate transaction
• Incorrect amount entered by donor
• Technical error during payment

3. Refund Process

• Donor must request refund within 7 days of transaction.
• Send request to: savalee@gmail.com
  
• Include transaction ID, date, and amount.

4. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via Razorpay.
